It consists of post-industrial waste nonwoven products. This material is the scrap and rejected materials from the original manufacturer that would normally go to a landfill.
The materials are carefully and precisely cut and shredded into a fibrous state. This fiber is then blended and formed into a nonwoven mat through airlay technology. The nonwoven mat is then processed in a heat set system to bond the fibers and set the final density.
The result is a micro-fiber thermobonded nonwoven with performance capabilities unique to this type of product.
